Draft @ Borefts 2016. Shared with RB Belgian crew. Noire, col beige, dorée au verre. Nez fin café grillé, malté, avec un rétro centré sur le biscuité. Palais est malté grillé, point de café en retrait avec un accompagnement modéré de fruits noirs, fini est sec et tjrs ce café ajoutant à une base de stout impérial maitrisé par DM, c’est déjà pas mal vu le nombre de couacs au niveau des autres bières.

Clear dark brown beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: soft roast, mocha, caramel, bit sweet. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, malty, coffee, dark chocolate, bit sourish. Aftertaste: roasted, charcoal, little sweet, mocha, caramel, lots of bitter hops.

At Borefts 2016. Aroma of roasted malt and red fruit. Taste has red fruit, chocolate, creamy roasted malt and some coffee. Tasty.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, vanilla, not too intense. Taste is chocolate, vanilla, rather fresh. Low carbonation. Very balanced. Nice!
