Bottle from Ciderwinkel. Aroma is tart apples, soft funk, green apple skins. Some funny spoiled/funky notes in the deep aftertaste. Flavour is a bit tart and mildly sweet. Light body, a bit watery. Nicely dry, appreciate the funk angle.

On tap at Foeder For Thought. Pours a hazy orange gold with small white head. The aroma is pear, apple skin, oak. Thin body, apple skin, straw, light oak, good.

Nice sulphur nose. The Sidra is watery and nice fruity. Neutral watery, hints of sulphur, watery dry finish.

75 cl bottle. Pale greenish yellow, no carb at all. Aroma is green apples, olives and grass. Taste is bone dry, crisp and tart, with a medium-lasting finish.

Bottle shared@pre GBBF Shindig, London (04/08/2018) - golden pour with small white head. Aroma and taste is dry apple, medium acidic, medium body, apple skin, crisp dry apple finish.

Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth shindig 04/08/2018. A bright fluoro yellow halo of white head. Aroma is nice pineapple, tangy, plastic gummy bears. Flavour is composed dry dusty apple, pineapple, pithy apple skin,. Palate is dry, and crisp, moderate carbonation. Drying finish. Tart and dry.
