Bottle split at the pre GBBF Shindig '18, thanks to scopey, 04/08/14. Pale golden blonde with a decent off white cap that dissipates. Nose is tangy apple skins, straw, Chinese pork, grassy, light funk. Taste comprises tangy apple, light tannins, funk, straw, damp grass, apple core. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough cider.

Bottle at Pre GBBF Shindig 2018. Clear gold colour no head. Dry cider. Some cider vinegar. Some apple character. Very dry. Some tannin. OK.

Bottle shared at Chriso. It pours clear pale green - yellow with a foamy white head. The aroma is earthy, dried leaves, apple skins, wet wood, leather, spice and dirt. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, tart, zingy, apple skin, zingy, oily, dried wood, tannin, white wine, gooseberry. And vinous with a drying finish. Medium bodied and flat. Bone dry and tart. Very nice indeed.

Bottle 700ml. corked, shared @ BAF 2017 [ Borefts After Festival: BAF! ] @ Brouwerij Kaapse, Veerlaan 19-D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN. [ As Maeloc Sidra Natural ].Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, green apples, apple skin, apple core, light funky. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, apple skin, dry, light funky. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20170924] 8-2-8-3-16

Sampled from bottle, shared @ BAF 2017, thanks! Hazy yellow color. No head. Aroma's: sourish, apple, funky. Retronasal it's sourish, woody, light funky. Flavor is moderate sour, woody, light sweet. Light medium bodied. Dry tart finish.

Bottle, poured the traditional way. Hazy golden color with white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is apple skin, mineralic, funky, earthy, a bit leathery. Taste is apple funk, skins, mineralic, vanilla, dry finish. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Great Sidra!

Bottle shared thanks to the RB crew! Pale slight hazy golden with very short lasting head. Lots of dry apple peel, soft sharp dry apple, earthy, light funky, dry minerals. Very brut, just medium bitter. Light bodied and almost no carbonation. Almost too dry but not bad.

70cl bottle from Alko. Poured yellow in color, near flat. Funky, barnyard notes in aroma, apples. Dry apples, ripe apples, some minerals. Low carbonation, dry finish. Pleasant.
