A slow beer to enjoy by a fireplace. A fine selection of three caramel malts create the backbone of the beer, which is underlined by high final gravity. Medium alcohol content, Sladek hops and chamomile make this beer a cozy, warming drink.

On tap at TCBW 2016. Caramel colour with a rather small off-white head. Aroma of malt and caramel with noticeable camomile. Medium sweet with nice floral notes and a light bitterness. Quite nice.

330ml tap at Labietis, Riga 20.12.13. Muddy brown body, with smell of wet grain, prunes soaked in alcohol and soap. Interesting in a weird way. Tastes chocolate, prunes, Norwegian julekake, chamomile, cereal, meal, vanilla, clove and gingerbread, but also some bitter notes.
