Historical braggot that has been found in archeological site from 1370BC in Egtved. The juicy bitterness of bog myrtle and lingonberries introduces the prehistoric drink, that is dominated by mild sweetness of wheat and honey, complemented by giddy notes of linden blossom and meadowsweet. The tart cranberries bring balance to this truly nordic tastescape.

Bottle 500ml. @ Liepyno namai, Lietuva.[ As Labietis Gaismas Ragana ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, honey, lingonberries, berries, malurt, cranberries - cowberries - bog myrtle - linden blossom. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light with a long duration, honey, lingonberries, berries, sweet malt, malurt, cranberries - cowberries - bog myrtle. 500mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a medium beige head. Aroma is very herbal, with lots of floral notes, spices, and muffled honey. Flavour is sweet and herbal, with plenty of floral notes, herbal notes, spices, and moderately sweet honey. Very herbal, somewhat spicy, and lightly sweet. The herbal notes somehow manage to showcase very well here, with some amount of honey still discernible. Nice stuff.

Pours unclear blonde. Small white head. Smell is very spiced. Rich fruity. Tad thin .taste is dry, tad sweet, fruity. Ending is sticky, sugar. Rich flavor. Very fruity. I kinda like this ! Too bad for the aftertaste...

Hazy yellow, kind of NE type of haze. Nose is full of gale and willow. Tree peels. Taste is more herbal and woody things going around. Sweet and unusual, weird tannins but in a wicked way I like this. Beer for vikings. Dry tree peel linger in the finish. Could not drink large pints of this, but enjoying this sample.
