Printemps has been brewed to celebrate springtime and the feelings of awakening that this season brings. A combination of noble and new world hops and subtle spicing complements our saison yeast strain. After fermentation the beer is lightly dry hopped for added zest.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Burning Sky online. Pours lightly unclear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Lovely beer, light and airy with a good bit of character, modest saison yeast expression, flaked wheat, sourdough, lemon peel, grass, straw. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Super clean in the finish, with light minerality, biscuits, wheat, hay, yeast. Lovely drinking beer.

In tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Unclear pale yellow with a decent white head. Aroma is herbs, floral, citrus, so delicate and elegant. Flavour is medium bitter, a bit grassy, simple, easy to drink, dry and refreshing. Low body, medium carbonation. Nice one!
