A few ounces from a 2015 bottle at The Sovereign shared by the bartender, thanks Louis! Dark brown with light tan head. Aromas of caramel, toffee, brown sugar. Tastes of caramel, toffee, milk chocolate, oak, light whiskey. Medium-full body with a dry finish. Very nice.

On tap at Hunah Day. Pours a dark brown with medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is dark fruit, caramel, bourbon, wood. Medium body, rye, caramel, nice boozy finish, very good.

CBC as Westbrook Bittermilk. Hazy brown with a lasting light brown head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Sweet and rather bitter finish. 010515

CBC as "Westbrook Bittermilk". Dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, dark fruit, oak and spices. Flavour is malt, caramel, dark fruit, oak, spices, hop, sweet, toasted and a little bitter.

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours deep brown with a small mocha head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sweet, malty and tiny spicy with caramel, toffee, vanilla fudge, charred wood, hay, moist soil, leather, sassafras and bourbon alcohol. Taste is sweet, bitter and malty. mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny creamy, boozy and medium to full bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with caramel, toffee, vanilla fudge, charred wood, maple syrup, peacan nuts, black pepper corns, hay, leather, sassafras and bourbon alcohol. Bitter pecan pie bourbon maple pie beer. Weird but I really like it!

Tap at CBC 2015. Poured a murky brown colour with a thin broken light tan head. The aroma is rich creamy malt alcohol. The flavour is light sweet with a rich smooth alcoholic roasty malt light sweet palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
