Es una cerveza que dejaremos fija en nuestro proyecto aunque los lúpulos irán cambiando porque además del Simcoe y Centennial hemos conseguido de la cosecha de este año Citra, Chinook, Palisade y Rakau, por lo que
jugaremos con sabores orgánicos.

Sevilla Santa-Clara, a well brew ipa, if I am not wrong, the citra hop is dominant here, bitter crispy, herbal, a bit soily and mineral, dry, 19.01.20.

From tap at Borefts 2018. Fruity and grassy aroma with tropical notes, light grapefruit, and some pineapple. Flavour is light sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Pleasant IPA, easy and fruity.

Bottle from El Rincon, Malaga. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, fruits, flowers, malt and has a nice bitter finish.

Bottle @ El Rincon, Malaga. Light hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and light hoppy- citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 140224

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of hops, lemons, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, hops, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
