Hemos conseguido el sello para producir cerveza ecológica! Lo celebramos con una IPA orgánica Simcoe y Centennial orgánicos. El resultado es una IPA de 6,5%
de alcohol, en la línea de nuestras cervezas, aromática, afrutada, equilibrada con un final seco y un poco amargo que recuerda a frutas de hueso.
Es una cerveza que dejaremos fija en nuestro proyecto aunque los lúpulos irán cambiando porque además del Simcoe y Centennial hemos conseguido de la cosecha de este año Citra, Chinook, Palisade y Rakau, por lo que
jugaremos con sabores orgánicos.

Draught at RØØR. Shared with Finn. Upper part lacing on the glassware, filmy layer, near-clear golden body. Bread and peaches on the nose. Hop fruity flavours of grapefruit and peaches followed by citrus peels towards the finish. Fine depth. Pretty nice. (Oslo 02.12.2018).

Draught @ GBBF 2018 - Day 2 🇬🇧 [ Great British Beer Festival 2018 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.
[ As Dougall's Organic IPA ].
ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, citrus, straw, light earthy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, flowers, citrus, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180808]

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival, Day 1. Lightly hazy pale yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, a bit watery, only lightly hoppy, lightly bitter. Hmm, not great.

On tap at Borefts '18. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is herbal, nettles, grass, citrus. Flavour of soft floral citrus, some grass, light nettles, bitter finish. Light bodied.

Borefts 2018. Day 1. Sampled draft. Thank you for sharing! Citrus golden. Nose is lemon & sweat hops, sweaty lemon peel. Oily taste, very big tea, not very bitter or fruity hop, lemon peel bit oil & tea oily,.. Basic bit weak oily body.

Tap. Hazy yellow-golden color with white head. Aroma is citrusy, a touch soap and fizzycandy. Taste is the same. Silky mouthfeel with fizzy, but fine-bubbled carbonation. Not great.

Sample @Borefts Beer Festival 2018, day 1 with [Zlotta/Sjogro/Maakun/Svartvit].geel met witte kraag, aroma is erg fris, hoppig, stro, knoflook, ui. Smaken van verse en frisse hoppen, stro, grassig, veel hop, redelijk bitter, matig zoet, fris, erg goede en lekkere smaken.
