De color anaranjado, muy turbia y con gasificación moderada. En nariz destacan aromas cítricos. En boca el protagonista es el pomelo y aparece alguna nota tenue de melocotón y mango. Todo equilibrado sobre una base maltosa, no excesivamente densa pero con el tacto sedoso que aporta la avena. El regusto final puede sorprender porque al contrario que el trago, es amargo y duradero.

GBBF Day 3. Keg. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and minerally crisp. Thin pale malts, light creamy sweetness. Pine. Crisp if slighty thin citrus. Orange and a touch of grapefruit. Mild grapefruit peel. Mild tangerine. Dry crisp citrc peel finish.

Keg at GBBF 2018. It pours clear yellow with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, lemonade, limeade, sherbet, apple, pear, melon and bread. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, straw, grassy, straw, pine needles, melon, apple with a touch of alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Ok.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy but not completely opaque golden with a smallish, white head. Lovely fruit in the nose but also a slightly greasy edge. Medium body, loads of fruit leading up to a massively bitter and almost astringent finish. Pretty hardcore. 140618

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, herbs - herbal. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, herbs, citrus, fruity malt, pale malt, fruity, herbal. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180125]

Caña en Cimmeria 13..01..2018. (r04). Color amarillento turbio con espuma blanca persistente fina. Sabores y aromas frescos que recuerdan a las neipas. Toques frescos verdes herbáceos y afrutados bien combinados. Suave amargo final herbáceo fresco duradero. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo espumoso, fino. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda.
