Draft. A brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of bourbon, brettanomyces, and malt. The flavor is a bit acidic with notes of bourbon, brett, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

On tap at Foeder for Thought. Pours a cloudy brown with no head. The aroma is strong oak, dark fruit, bourbon. Thin body, strong acidity, oak, bourbon, vinegar, very sour, good.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. Clear dark brown liquid with a small white head. Aroma of fruit, light vinegar, lemon, red berries, wood and light bourbon. Taste is light sweet and light to medium sour with notes of dried fruit and lemon. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

Draught@CBC2015. More or less black colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, some ripe fruits, raisins, alcohol, vanilla and a bit spicy notes. Flavour is big time sweet malts, ripe fruits, alcohol, raisins and some toffeeish and mildly spiced notes.

Bottle, thanks to brewthusiast. Pours clear deep tawny port, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is malty, tart cherry, oak. Flavor is light tart with some residual sweetness, dark sugars, tart cherry, oak, a bit earthy. Medium body, nearly no carbonation. ABV is really well masked for 11.5%

Tap@CBC 2015, Green Session - dark brown coloured pour with tan head. Starting with a sweet malty aroma and taste but then a sour acidic hit, dark fruity and nutty, caramel, toffee, brown sugar to vinegar, some spices on the palate, bourbon infused wooden nuances.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 4, 02/05/2015. Mahogany brown with a decent tan swirl and edgeing. Nose is dark fruit, nutty, stewed prunes, spice, dry rot, wooded. Taste comprises funky licks, dark fruit shreds, brown bread, toffee, nutty, vanish, light bourbon licks. Full bodied, fine carbonation, light acidity in the close. Solid rew, good balance, good drinkability for style and ABV.

[5/2/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 4th session. Dark brown to black with tan foam. Aroma of dark fruits, vanilla, caramel, earth and oak. Sourish flavor with dark fruits, vanilla, oak, caramel and lacto. Medium-bodied.
