Tap at CBC15! Pours a clear golden with a small, soapy head. Aroma is pretty sweet floral yeast, pear, banana, slight funk. Taste is pretty dry and funky with a slight tartness. Still pretty sweet though. Average carb and light body. Tap @ CBC2015. Pours clear light yellow with a small white head. Aromas of sweet esters, floral, saison yeasty notes, gooseberries, pear, banana sweetness, light funk, citrus. Taste is funky with some tart fruits, sweet esters.

Pale golden colour, white head. Light sour aroma, malts, loads of CO2 giving a sour touch and oppressing almost everything else. Light sour flavour, malts and yeast. Very fizzy. Finish yeast and malts.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals notes of floral dry hops, light funk and saison yeast. Flavour reveals notes of lightly tart brett, some rustic farmhouse notes, and graininess. Complex and well-constructed. Excellent saison.

Bottled@Tkrjukoff. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is citrus, dry wood, some herbs and strong citrus notes. Flavour is tart and sour fruits, some floral and nicely estery and yeasty notes. Otherwise quite top notch Saison, butit lacks a bit of spiciness and a certain yeasty touch I like in my kind of Saisons.
