Bottle from a Lidl in Zagreb. Daaaaaark red body, off white head. Mild soft dark malt, oily, light alcohol. Some fruitiness. Taste... eh, ok, drinkable. OK malty background with a strange, off caramel note, burnt sugar, vaguely woody. This is a dunkler bock really. Not too sweet, dry, strangely herbal, some burn that’s far more likely carbonation than alcohol. Dunno, can’t bring myself to like this that much. Just too messy flavor-wise.

Pours a dark brown color, topped with a big foamy tan head, ok retention. Mild chocolate nose, some boozy feel to it. Sweet and pleasantly chocolatey, a bit metallic in teh aftertaste with little bitterness. Light body. Passable.

Pours very dark ruby, almost black colour with medium, beige colored head. Smell is pretty plain, malts, yeast and slight caramel. Medium body with soft carbonation. Oily texture. Bittersweet taste. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel, toffee, smoke. Dry finish with slightly bitter aftertaste and smoked mouthfeel. Overall, great value for money. Surprisingly good.
