Weich herber Beginn. Milde Süße, helles Getreide, süffig, einfach. Konstante Aromatik, wenig bitter, kernig, mittellanger Abgang. Gut trinkbar aber auch schnell vergessen. 8/9/11/9/7/9 --- Beer aliased from original tick of Frischling on 20 Nov 2018 at 18:43 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 3 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4. 330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, diminishing, white head. Strawy pale malty and slightly grassy, minimally citrusy, hoppy aroma, a touch of lemon, lemon biscuit, shortbread. Taste is strawy, minimally grainy and biscuity pale malty, weak hoppy overtones with a grassy and citrusy touch - fiddling.

0.33 l bottle from local 'trinkgut', best before December 2018. Clear, golden with a thin, foamy, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently grassy, slightly fruity and a bit floral aroma of fresh grass, some grains and hints of citrus. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy, moderately fruity and a little floral taste of grains, fresh grass, a touch of citrus and traces of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice, easy-going Lager, probably the best beer I've had from this brewery so far. It seems like it got completely rid of the metallic finish in its beers, finally!

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Citrus-fruity and slightly piney hoppy aroma with a mildly doughy pale malty touch and a cautious grainy background. Slightly bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Mildly mineralic and doughy, also slightly grainy malty base with citric, slightly floral and cautious piney hops, leading into a slightly hop bitter finish with a rounded malty counterpart. 20.VII.18

Bottle: Pale yellow coloured, hazy to cloudy, smaller loose and quite stable white head; moderate floral-fruity nose with herbal spots; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and a bit tart; lingering citrussy-herbal finish. Fresh summer breeze...
