Tap at Brewstock 2021. Golden-amber body, white head. Sweet aroma dominated by a good dose of vanilla, light spiciness, phenolics from the yeast. Similar taste, vanilla dominates over light and mostly phenolic trappist yeast touches before heading into a bitter finish. Quite okay, if you like vanilla that is!

From tap @ Mešuge Craft Beer Pub (Starosloviensky pivovar former) in Bratislava. Head is big, egg-white, long lasting. Colour is amber, very light hazy. Aroma is malty, decent vanilla touch, mellow fruity, belgian yeast. Taste is medium malty base, mellow fruity, vanilla, a lot of spicy, dry on the palate, medium carbonation, bit too spicy yet ok for the style, enjoyed.

31-12-20 // 440ml can via RB trade. Thanks cuso. Unfiltered clear darker orange. White head. Nose of vanilla extract. Sweetish. Loads of vanilla extract. It’s fermented with trappist yeast, wouldn’t have guessed but yeah interesting.

0.2 l on tap at '100 pív' at 6.1% abv. Very hazy, dark orangeish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, moderately yeasty-spicy and minimally fruity aroma of vanilla, clove and banana. Quite sweet, slightly bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and just a little fruity taste of vanilla, clove, banana and faint hints of nutmeg, followed by a short, gently bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and a bit tart finish. Medium body, smooth, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pleasant beer, has lots of Hefeweizen characteristics actually.

Bottle 0.33l. Cloudy, light amber colored. AROMA- Belgian yeast, vanilla and honey. FLAVOR- lightly sweet and bitter, yeasty, caramel, fruity. Fuller bodied.
Average Czech version of Belgian ale.
