Bottle @ Bi Village, Fazana, Croatia. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, hay, light metal notes. Flavor is light sweet, malt grainy, light yeast, little bread, hay. Medium body, average carbonation. 040816

0.5 l bottle from a local Lidl store in Zagreb. Clear golden, frothy white diminishing head. Strong corn metallic aroma. Light sweet and harsh metallic aromas. Abrupt metallic finish, quite unpleasant. Light body, medium to high carbonation. I didn’t expect it to be this bad.

Pours clear golden color with medium white head. Smell is a bit corn, some malts and yeast. Thin body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Bittersweet and artificial. Aroma of corn, malts, yeast. Very unpleasant mouthfeel, artificial, industrial, metallic... Not good.

Im Sommer 2016 stieß ich in einem tschechischen LIDL auf das Argus-Biersortiment. Auf tschechischen Bier-Bewertungs-Plattformen ließ sich schnell finden, dass dieses aus der Brauerei Protivín kommt. Ich habe gleich mal das Luxus-Bier der Reihe versucht. Das macht es aber auch nicht besser. Bitte lieber etwas mehr ausgeben und ein ordentliches Bier kaufen.

Trockener, mild herb-hopfiger Antrunk. Dabei ist ein typisch süß-muffiger Hintergrund erschmeckbar, billig wirkend. Abgesehen davon gefallen die Aromen, wenig bitter. Kurzer grasigiger, Abgang, danach noch länger bitter. 10/8/8/7/8/8

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy strange herbal aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Golden colored, clear, medium non lasting whit head. Aroma is malt, corn, some metal notes, buttery. Taste is malt, corn, metal, some low+ herbal bitterness. Medium to low bodied, moderate carbonation.

Barwa złota, klarowna, z białą, dość przyzwoitą pianą. Aromat słodowy, delikatnie chmielowy, nie do końca przyjemny. W smaku średnia jak na pilsa goryczka, odrobinę zalegająca, poza tym słodowość. Trochę wodniste, goryczka mogłaby być przyjemniejsza nieco. Wysycenie w normie. Mogę potwierdzić, najlepszy z Argusów, jednak i tak jest maksymalnie przeciętny.
