(Bottle) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, slightly malty nose with citrus, mandarin, apricots, lychee, honey, caramel and some toffee. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of mandarin, lemon, orange peel, apricots, honey, spices and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. The yuzu character is quite balanced, making the beer highly drinkable. Nice one.

Bottle. Interesting. The yuzu is quite subtle! A rarity for yuzu beers. Aroma is soft yuzu and lightly nutty & biscuity maltiness. Taste is more yuzu dominated. Fruit is there but its not sharp. There is a yoghurt type yeastiness that smooths the edges of the yuzu. Little bit of sweetness too. Interesting. Maybe this has lost its edge, but I think that might have done it a favour!

Tap at Pudel, November 9th. Pours quite clear amber, even a bit reddish in the dim lights of the bar. Not too much carbonated but something is there. Nose has yuzu spiciness and quite a lot of reaffirming fresh citrus freshness. Lightly sweet and full of yuzu peels. Taste is light, citrusy and superbly drinkable. Seems to work well and great display of the fresh Japanese citric fruit.

On tap at Pudel, Tallinn. Muddy brownish colur with a modest off-white head. Mild fraroma with gentle notes of citrus, citrus peel, malt and spices. Moderate to medium sweet with rather low flavour intensity and a light bitterness. Easy to drink and fairly enjoyable.
