Can from MiP. Pale golden color. Flour and flowers in the aroma. Thin. Apple. Grainy flavor. Short apple and metal finish. B is probably for Bad.

Can from fonefan’s local supermarket, shared with Benzai after the long ride back to the lowlands. The excitement of Benzai was palpable as it finally neared the time to try it. And so it was that we opened the beverage, leading to a magnificent clear golden pour with a white head. An explosive bouquet on the nose giving notes of grain, fine metallic notes, malt and a feeling of emptiness. The flavour provides lightly sweet and bitter sensations on the tongue and the palate is explosively light and softly carbonated. All in all a fine beverage well worthy of being sold at the local shop of our favorite telephone fanatic.

B for boring. Hva blir det neste - c for conspicuosly boring?

Gold. Low carbonation. Head dies quickly. Grassy, doughy aroma. Ultra bland. Mostly tastes of carbon dioxide. Seriously. That’s how little flavour this has.

Can. A clear, slightly pale golden beer with a small white head. Sweetish, grainy nose with some fruityness. Not bad, just boring. The same goes for the flavor, with pale malts, some sweetness, a fruity touch and bitterness. Medium to thin body. Some fruits and hoppy bitterness in the finish. An ultra boring beer, but at least it’s a clean one. No need to return. (090412)
