Sie mögen Pils? -Sehr gut.

From the bottle. Gold with a thin, foamy white head that soon subsides. Initially quite fruity aroma though I’m struggling to better describe it. Perhaps a mix of apricot and berries. This soon fades, leaving notes more herbal, grainy. Taste is mildly bitter with sweet, fruity undertones that play out nicely and linger through the finish. Body is medium, carbonation is moderate. Overall, outwardly simple but there’s a subtle range of flavors that made me want more. Good!

0.33 l bottle from 'CraftBeer-Dealer.com', best before January 2019. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy and a little fruity aroma of grains, some fresh grass and a touch of citrus. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, slightly grassy-spicy and a little fruity taste of grains, some honey, a bit of fresh grass and traces of citrus, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, rather grassy-spicy and dry finish. Medium to full body, slightly oily and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not sure if it really hits the style, a bit too Bock-like maybe, but overall well-drinkable.

330ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, pale malty aroma, hints of honey, cereals, a minimally strawy touch, mildly fruity, hoppy notes of yellow stone fruit, peach, apricot, mirabelle, some orange, mandarine and mango. Taste is moderately sweet pale malty and fruity hoppy, notes of yellow stone fruit, peach, apricot, mirabelle, some mango, orange, mandarine, yellow gooseberry, a minimally grassy touch, increasing hop bitterness; oily texture, smooth and soft palate. Not exactly a "fruit bomb", but full with a plethora of subtle fruit flavours. A late bloomer in a way - starts pretty sweet, ends up in balance. Nice.
