Tasting @ Koelschtrinker. Sour fruity beginning. Nice refreshing smooth Weizen on the body, sourish wine-yeast in the back. Great fruitiness with fantastic refreshing sourish wine hints. Long Weizen wine sour aftertaste, extreme light and refreshing.

Sampled from 1 l bottle, best before February 2018. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, moderately yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity-grassy aroma of banana, cloves, lemon peel and some gooseberry. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, rather fruity-grassy and slightly yeasty-spicy taste of banana, cloves, lemon peel, fresh grass and pineapple, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather dry, grassy and slightly yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Spritziger, etwas säuerlicher Antrunk. Moderat hefig, trocken, im Hintergrund eher muffig, Zitrus. Eher kurzer Nachhall. Naja... 8/7/7/7/9/7

Buegelverschlußflasche (750ml): Pale golden to golden, hazy, lazy carbonation, medium-sized off-white head, that slowly collapses; moderate sourish fruity-wheaty nose, very, very faint clovey traces in the background; moderate dryish sourish-sweet flavour, including a mild bitterness, too, light to medium bodied, a bit (vinous) tart; slightly lingering sourish-bitter finish with - again - a vinous tartness in the very end. Quite a good thirst-quencher...
