15/11/2018. Bottle shared with Danlo and SHIG. Pours clear very pale gold with no head. Aroma of light green apples with a slight sweet wine edge. Moderate sweetness and very light tartness. Light body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Light dryness to finish. Ok.

750ml bottle thanks to Grumbo at Grumbo's not the only rater in Suffolk tasting, cheers Graham! Golden colour, no head and apple aroma. Taste is sweetish, apple, white wine, fruity with some light woody tannins. Medium bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, dry slightly tart finish. Quite drinkable.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, pale golden. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish, slightly fruity aroma of ripe apples and some pear. Just slightly sweetish, moderately sourish, moderately fruity taste of green apples and some pear, followed by a short, moderately tart, quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Süßer, wenig alkoholischer Apfelantrunk, rund, weich. Eher dumpf, die Süße steigt an. Gummiartige Beinoten, die hintergründige Trockenheit stört nicht. Vollmundig, mittellanger Nachhall. Könnte vielleicht noch etwas lagern. 8/8/10/9/9/9
