Der Erntetrank wird mit heimischen Zutaten direkt vom Niederrhein gebraut: Hopfen aus dem eigenen Garten, rote Beete, Zitronenmelisse und Pfefferminze. Alles von unserem befreundeten Gärtner - 100% Handarbeit beginnt schon auf dem Feld.

Die frischen Hopfenaromen kombiniert mit leichtem Minzaroma macht den Erntetrank zu einer unvergesslichen Bierspezialität! Durch Zugabe der Roten Beete erhält der Erntetrank eine rote Farbe im Glas.

33cl bottle courtesy of Erzengel! A slightly hazy golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of herbal fruits, wheat, beetroot, vegetables. Taste of herbs, red berries, beetroot, dry herbal finish.

0.33 l bottle from 'Holy Craft Beer Store', best before February 2018. Hazy, orangeish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, herbal-spicy and slightly fruity aroma of mint, lemon balm and traces of citrus. Minimally sweet, slightly bitter, rather herbal-spicy and a bit fruity taste of mainly mint and lemon balm, accompanied by hints of citrus and straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite dry, slightly grassy and fairly herbal-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Well-balanced and refreshing "gardener's ale", the mint works well in here, interestingly the beetroot doesn't show up at all.

Smooth grainy with a nice round caramelly body. Round and smooth, caramelly grainy with a nice smooth bitterness. Nice.

Mild süßer, trocken pfeffriger Antrunk. Trocken hefig, Zitronenmelisse, geringe Herbe. Zum Mittelteil insgesamt würziger, hintergründig bitter ohne sonderliche Hopfenstärke, die roten Beete sind nicht erkennbar. Nett. 8/11/10/10/11/10
