CBC. Hazy yellow without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, citrus and light bretty. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 020515

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours hazy yellow with a white head, lacings. Aroma is sourness, wood, yeast, tart and sour fruit. Flavor is rather sour, wood, yeast, tart fruity, lemon juice. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 020515

~3 oz sample at the Boulevardia Taps & Tastes in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is hazed yellow with just a bit of white head. The aroma is citrus, herbal, and a general funk. The taste is the funk, tart and sour citrus and a pleasant grass and wood to the finish. The palate is light to medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and a grass tart finish. Nice one.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 3, 02/05/2015. Pale yellow with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pissy citrics, funk, straw, wood must, green berry, sharp lemon rind. Taste comprises pissy apricot, lemon rind, light sweat, straw, spice, damp wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light puckerings. Solid sour action.

CBC Red Session. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is bone dry and has good fine carbonation. Sharp lemon sourness getting a little acid. Dry finish. Too sharp for me and much too dry.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Side Project Foedre Beer ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, funky, tart fruit. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light acidic and bitter with a long duration, tart fruit - citrus, funky, grapes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150502]

[5/2/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 3rd session. Cloudy pale yellow. Lovely funky, oaky, lactic and fruity aroma. Sour flavor, funky, oaky, lactic and fruity. Medium-bodied. really lovely stuff.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, tart, citrus and funk. Taste is light sweet and medium to heavy sour with a long citrus, funky, sour and dry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
