8/5/2021. Bottle courtesy of Idiosynkrasie, cheers Boris! Pours almost clear dark amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of toffee, biscuit, sweet malt, grain, wet cardboard, some stewed fruits. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Slight metallic edge to finish. Okay example of a style I don’t particularly enjoy.

330ml bottle. Wonderful, clear, minmally copper-ish, ruby colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacig, off-white head. Grainy malty, minimally fruity aroma, hints of spelt, rabbit dropping, a touch of cherry and caramel. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, slightly dry, not really woody nor nutty, more like cloth, door mat or the like. Quite grainy, spelty - a bit strange. But the colour is fantastic.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, copper colour with a beige mid-sized frothy head. Slightly metallic biscuity malty aroma with hints of caramel and buttery popcorn. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a slightly harsh carbonation. Dark malty base with notes of caramel, toasted nuts and popcorn, leading into a quite bitter hoppy finish, almost without balancing malty sweetness. Rough stuff. 28.VIII.18

Bottle: Cooper coloured, clear, small and slowly collapsing loose foamy layer; mild dryish toasty-fruity nose; mild - as well - bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; short fruity-toasty-mineralic finish. Drinkable, but not really a pleasure...

Many thanks for this beer to Koelschtrinker. Pours a clear, dark color with a fine off-white head. Aroma is basically just malt. Flavor has a malt base, some caramel and not much hops. A bit sweet.
