Many thanks for this bottle to McTapps. Clear pale golden body, white head. Aroma of bread and some cheese. Taste of bread, sweet grains and maybe some floral hops in the finish

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Strawy and doughy pale malty aroma with shades of herbal and slightly grassy hops. Mildly sweet and delicately bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strawy pale malt character with shades of sour dough; moderately dry and delicately bitter finish with shy notes of herbal hops. Clean but quite boring standard Helles. 25.IV.14

Bouteille: Clear and golden, visible carbonation and a stable creamy white head; dryish grainy nose, papery and grassy notes underneath, presumable a tinge of honey, too; mild bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; dry and thin grassy-bitter finish. No glory, typical industrial stuff…

Malzig-milder Antrunk. Der Hauptteil ist weich, malzig-trocken mit einer ganz leichten Süße. Sehr süffig. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittellang, weich-malzig, sehr süffig, aber auch nicht sehr tiefgehend. Eigentlich ein perfektes "Bier ohne drüber nachzudenken" - aber ich find den Nachgeschmack etwas zu schnell abfallend - da wird es zu schnell neutral und es fehlt der lange Biergeschmack auf der Zunge, der das Ganze abgerundet hätte.
Ansonsten ein schönes und malzig-feinherbes Helles. --> 10/11/9/9
