Sampled from 0.75 l bottle from local ’Penny’. Clear, pale greenish yellow, no head. Sweetish, slightly sourish and moderately fruity aroma of green apples and hints of pear. Quite sweet, just slightly sourish, rather fruity taste of green apples, some pear and faint hints of wood, followed by a short, moderately tart finish. Thin to medium body, minimally astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Milder, süßlich apfeliger Antrunk. Leicht steigende Süße, die aber im Mittelteil bereits zurückfährt, dank einer geringen Säure. Kaum trocken, angenehm süffig, ab diesem Zeitpunkt konstant und harmonisch. Gut! 6/9/11/10/9/10
