On tap @ CBF Düsseldorf. Smooth fresh beginning. Aromatic mild with floral hops. Moderate bitterness, refreshing mild with malty hops. Nice fruity dry, smooth with a nice fresh bitter aftertaste. Great!

Sampled from tap at Craft Beer Festival Düsseldorf 2017. Slightly hazy, reddish amber with a beige head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, nuts and some poo. Sweetish, malty and slightly grassy-spicy taste of caramel, nuts and some straw, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not very tasty. Interestingly, this was supposed to be the Alt with more aroma hop, but I didn’t get much of it while the Butze Alt was really hoppy.

Trockener, malzig getreidiger Antrunk. Wenig herb, süffig. Geringe Würzigkeit, spritzig, zum Ende etwas schwächer werdend. Okay. 10/9/9/8//9

Sampled @ Düsseldorfer Craftbier Festival 2017. Leicht trübes orange braunes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch ist nussig hopfig, rotes malz. Geschmack ist trocken hopfig, nussig, sehr hopfig.
