Our flagship beer, and the beer that we like to think helped popularise the New England IPA style in Ireland. It spent over a year in development but we feel the finished product bears out the fruits of our labour. It pours a deep hazy gold with a large white head thanks to the additions of wheat, oats and an extremely generous dry hop. Mango, fluffy clouds and pineapple come through on the nose, flavours that are borne out on the taste, accentuated by a soft texture and a very subtle dryness.
Malts used are Irish Pale, Oats, Carapils and Crystal while hops are Mosaic, El Dorado and Citra.

Half pint draft at Ely’s Bar & Brasserie in Dublin, Ireland. The pour is cloudy yellow golden with a small white head. The aroma is big fruit, apricots, lemon, mango, along with a bit of caramel malt. The taste is the bright fruit, mostly the apricot and the malt backbone that shows some toffee in addition to the caramel. The palate is medium to light bodied, soft carbonation and a clean sweetish finish. Nice one.
