Bottle at the hotel room. Cola coloured, small head. Aroma is bread, rye, dusty, sweet, raisins. Taste is sweet, rye, raisins, bitter, bread. Ok kvass

Bottled, from Chişinau. Dark brown, small head. Worty bready nose. Mid sweet with light body and clean rounded mouthfeel. Dark bread and aniseed. No bitterness

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle. Sweetish, very bready aroma of bread, grains and some caramel. Sweetish, bready and slightly malty taste bread, grains and some caramel, followed by a short, slightly bitter, bready finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation.

Danke an Dorin. Metallern süßer Beginn mit mild gewürzigen Brotnoten. Leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung, dezente Säure. Okay, gut trinkbar. 8/9/7/7/6/7

First Cvass I’ve had and not sure Im a fan. Syrupy texture like maple. Burnt caramel and toffee. Very sweet finish. Warm bottle from a store in Chisinau while walking between bars.

Look: clear bright red-brown with a beige frothy head with below average retention.
Aroma: full of burn sugar/dark caramel, not much else.
Taste: cloyingly sweet burnt sugar, light notes of rye.
Cloyng soda water, masqueraded as kvass.
