Bottle from Werksverkauf. Color: Amber, no head. Taste: Medium sweet with a lot of spices. Heavy notes of cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Notes af orangepeel. Nice winterwarmer, although I am glad we shared a bottle with two. One glass is enough.

Bottle shared with Koelschtrinker, Beerhunter111 & Zlotta. Fresh smooth beginning. Smooth intense orange and caramel, the spices are intense and very round and fruity. The body is smooth, the spices not too intense. Great and round combination, nice smooth body, excellent balance of sweetness and spices. Great!

Many thanks for this beer to Koelschtrinker. Pours a hazy orange color. Aroma is very sweet with cinnamon.

Heller, stark gewürzter Antrunk. Orangenschale, Nelke, wenig Zimt. Die starke Süße stört, ansonsten sehr weich, zum Ende ziemlich trocken. 10/7/8/8/9/8

0.75 l bottle from ’Hopfenrausch’ at 9.0% abv, 2016 version, best before July 2017. Hazy, golden amber with a thin, rather fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Lots of yeast chunks floating around. Sweetish, slightly fruity and quite spicy aroma of peach, orange peel, ginger and allspice. Sweetish, rather spicy, slightly yeasty and a bit fruity taste of plums, cinnamon, pear, allspice, orange peel and ginger, followed by a medium long, slightly bitter, rather spicy finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Tastes quite nice, very spicy but not aggressively so and in a nice way. Would need some refinement though since the whole sediment swirled up after opening and the thin foam dissipated rather quickly. It’s quite a task to finish the whole bottle as well.
