Bottle from the Museum’s shop. Grainy nose. The beer starts malty with bitter hints. A bit unround with a strange bitterness over a malty body. The yeast is dry and dusty, bitter, not too easy to drink. Rough aftertaste with bitter malts and grain.

0.33 l bottle from ’Käse-Deele’, bottled a week ago (16/8/2016). Minimally hazy, golden amber with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, grassy-spicy aroma of straw, bread, grains and hints of citrus. Sweetish, grassy-spicy and a bit yeasty taste of straw, caramel, bread, a touch of grains and slight hints of citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, grassy-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Highly quaffable and refreshing, quite solid overall, yet nothing remarkable.
