Hazy amber beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has good fine carbonation. Smooth malts, some creamy sweetness. Modest fruits into mild candy fruits. Light dry finish. Not bad, couldn’t detect any smoke and I’m not missing it.

Slightly hazy medium amber colour, tall almost rocky off-white to beige head, recedes slowly to a thin layer, light lacing. Aroma light malty, wheat, light fruity (peach, white grapes), caramel. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, wheaty, bread, toffee, light fruit. Aftertaste dry malty, fruity touch, wheaty, bit bready and light pepper in the finish, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, quite pleasant.

0.33 l bottle, bottled in October 2015, shared by markoijelena, thanks! Slightly hazy, golden amber with a frothy, tan to white head. Sweetish, slightly smoky, yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of banana, cloves, smoked ham, some honey and hints of honeydew. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy, slightly smoky and minimally fruity taste of banana, cloves, smoked ham, a bit of honey and some honeydew, followed by a short, slightly bitter, yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very nice!

Bottle shared at level 42 Canary wharf tasting. 5/4/2016. Picked up from Cotteridge Wines. Light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a. Lasting off white head. Aroma is grassy orange citrus, little nutty caramel malts, pine, wheat. Flavour is composed of semi sweet light grains, banana phenol, hint of clove spices, little caramel. Palate is semi sweet frothy carbonation. Ok. Lingering caramel.

Bottle shared on th the 42nd floor - big thanks to Fergus. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has bread you wheat, white grape, berries. Medium sweet flavor with white grape gummies, simple wheat bread, faint toffee. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, more ripening fruits, berries, light doughy wheat bread. Simplistic but nicely balanced and tasty.

Bottle thanks to Fergus. It pours clear golden - amber with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, banana, clove, hay, light spice, wheat and dull smoke. The taste is crisp, bitter, sweet banana, spice, dull smoke, straw, grass, lemon peel and sherbet with a dry, banana finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A touch sweet perhaps, but overall not bad.

Bottle at the level 42 tasting V1.5 05/04/16, thanks to Fergoos. Golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is caramel, yeast esters, vanilla custard, light bread. Taste comprises caramel, light spice, bready malt, vanilla, light citric notes. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close with a sweet imbibe. Ok for style.... probably the weakest Cloudwater beer I’ve encountered.
