(473ml can from Glasbanken) Pours pitch black with basically no head. Big notes of sugary molasses and caramel malt, candy syrup, confectionery chocolate, accents of coffee and vanilla, moderate roastiness provides a little balance to the sweetness, not necessarily getting Kit Kat but it is definitely big and sweet and candy-like, a little roast bitterness in the still fairly sweet finish, some boozy warmth. Full oily body with very soft carbonation. Yeah, this is some candy bars in a can...solid but definitely would've been happy to share the can.

From backlog. Sweet, syrupy and slightly roasty with loads of sugary candy notes, some sticky toffee, chocolate, stingy woody notes and earthiness. A bit too sweet and unbalanced.

Can at tasting. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, burned caramel and molasses. Taste has dark chocolate, bitter coffee, molasses, caramel, dates and booze. Not as bad as I thought, but I don't mind sharing this with a group.

Can. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, candy sugar, and chocolate. The flavor is roasted malt, chocolate, and candy sugar, leading to a bitter finish.

6-3-5-3-11 Can, eleven months after canning. Shared with Inbreak and friends. Pours pitch black, with a small short lived creamy mocha head. Aroma is dark malts with sweet coffee, liquorice and muscovado, as well as cocoa and sweet coffee. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet malty notes of lactose and chocolate, as well as muscovado and kandi sugar. Sweet sticky finish.

Bit fishy! Boozy, but easy drinking. Too much fish for me. Don't know where that came from.

Canned 3/29/19. Typical ET pastry stuff. Nicely thick, massive amount of lactose and heavy sweet. Sticky chocolate, bunch of caramel, cookies and a bunch of vanilla. Candy bar beer indeed, but also nicely boozy and warming.

Sampled in between ratebeer and Brewver, so didnt take to much notes. This one was very sweet, very chocolaty forward, and pretty enjoyable. Would revisit to enjoy again ( and take more notes )
