Draft - Lime, apple peel and some funk. Cloudy whitish gold. Light Apple flesh, touch of acidity and no funk.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a cloudy opaque blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light wild yeast and a touch of dry apples. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry apples, some funk, and light acidity. Complex and very well-made. Very good.
