On tap at Heathen, pours a clear pale blonde, no head. Aroma is unusual, with tons of perfumey floral notes and puckering apple skins. Flavour is tart as hell, but delightfully complex, with a fantastic floral quality and even a touch of residual sweetness on the finish. Lovely apple quality here. Excellent.

Huge passionfruit nose. Big sour mouth with tons of passionfruit and huge oaky passionfruit and apple finish. Big sour finish that just lingers. Awesome.

Flip top bottle thanks to red beard. Pours out a pale straw. Nose is full on passion fruit tart funk. Taste is more of the passion fruit heavy tart sour this is great.
