Bottle. Pours a hazy orange ruby with small white head. The aroma is strong oak and cherry skin. Thin mouth, tart, cherries, oak, light dryness, very nice.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session I, 01/05/2015. Rich amber topped with a decent beige covering. Nose is woody, toffee, funk, straw, dark fruit rinds. Taste comprises tangy fruit, red berry must, earthy, light caramel, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light puckerings and acidity. Easy drinking Sour Red, Ok stuff.

[5/1/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 1st session. Cloudy yellow. Lovely lactic aroma with funk and lots of fresh fruies. Sour flavor, fruity, lactic, refreshing, with a bitterish finish. Quite light-bodied. Great.
