Tap@ CBC 2016. Amber color, thin white head. Tropical fruity aroma, hoppy, citrusy, mango. Flavor has sweetness, aggressive hops, smooth tropical fruits. High drinkability. This is how a session IPA should be. Thumbs up!

Keg at the brewery, RBWG’15, 20/02/15. Orange amber with a decent light beige covering. Nose is caramel, orange pith, straw, faint spice. Taste comprises light pine, citric pith, bread dough, bitter orange, trace of grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Ok SIPA but could have delivered more on the hop front.

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours very hazy yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some sticky trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, star fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is bitter and fruity. Mouthfeel is dry, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit, tropical fruits, freshly cut grass, pine needles, dry soil, minerals and lemon zest. Bursting fruity hops, pleasant bitterness and suiting dryness. Love it!

CBC Yellow Session. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Good fine carbonation. Light dry pale malts. Dry floralness. Modest orangey citrus and pith. Dry finish. To be frank it’s a bit dull but perfectly drinkable.
