De Vulcano Black is een stout met toetsen van gebrande koffie en chocolade met een aangename bitterheid en een lange afdronk. Het lichte biertje heeft redelijk wat body.

28/11/2015 - 15cl sample @WBF2015, Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte - shared with tderoeck. Black colour with just a small lacing. Mild coffee, mild roast in nose and taste as well. Only mild bitterness. Not bad but not impressive.

sampled at Winterbierfestival ( Vichte ) 2015. Pours black, small white head. Smell is dark chocolate, bit sweet. Taste is mildly bitter, coffee, bit plastic. Rather weak, OK mouthfeel. Rather high carbo, Not convinced here

28/XI/15 - sample @ Winters Bierfestival (Vichte) - BB: n/a (2015-1663) Thanks to Bierridder_S and the Gentse Biervereniging crew for sharing today's beers!

Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: vanilla, coffee, caramel, mocha, roasted. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very roasted, mocha, coffee, charcoal, little bit of vanilla, dark chocolate. Aftertaste: cocoa powder, bitter, spicy touch, more dark chocolate, little sourish, roasted finish.
