Dry Hopped Blond Ale. We continue our journey with an easy to drink, but full of flavor Blonde Ale. Light, muted base, with as much hops as needed to balance the profile and aromas of raspberry, mandarin, papaya and rose.

0,33 l bottle. BB 08/2026. Cloudy yellow golden in the glass, one finger white foamy head. Aroma hat citrus fruity elements, maracuja and grape, pale malt and a lot of nettle. Taste starts dry tropical fruity, increasing pale dusty malty, with a fruity aftertaste with hop bitterness. Above average carbonation. Refreshing. Little bit weird but not bad at all.

Bottle, 4.2%. Good grassy hop aroma. Cloudy dark golden/orange colour. Unstable frothy white head. The flavour has the same grassy hop note as the aroma along with a mild tropical note and clean bitterness. Watery mouthfeel.

bottle from two-storey greek supermarket in chersonnisis hazy yellow, smooth offwhite head. aroma is malts, yellow fruits, sort of a bit like belgian blonde, but lacks the yeasty finer details. flavor is messy, malt, slightly fruity, sawdust, caramelly like and fart like brewing error flavor. to be honest, tastes and smells like a homebrew that is average for homebrews. i've had way way better cretan beers than this.bbf 4-12-23 (apr.12.2023) sure it's drinkable, but you can do better than this. The pilsner was way better and is much harder to brew.

Bottle. Hazy, dirty orange, larger just slightly offwhite head, very lasting. Ripe sweet peachy nose with some citruses. Milder bitterness, hints of sweetness. Gentle aftertaste. Light. Nicely drinkable, though doesn't stand out.

5 October 2019. Bottle from the brewery's stand at Cretan Gastronomy days. Post-Amabieris Tasting. Cheers to Ama Deke, Tim & Anke! Hazy ochre with a lasting, thin, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of citrus, mandarin, green banana, yellow apple, wort, pear. Taste is light fruity sweet, restrained banana & apple over sourish citrus, some bitter grass & mango, bready maltiness. Dry, grassy hoppy finish, quite yeasty, a bit spicy, still some yellow fruit in the back. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Clean, refreshing.
