5 October 2019. Bottle from the brewery's stand at Cretan Gastronomy days. Post-Amabieris Tasting. Cheers to Ama Deke, Tim & Anke! Hazy ochre with a lasting, thin, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of citrus, mandarin, green banana, yellow apple, wort, pear. Taste is light fruity sweet, restrained banana & apple over sourish citrus, some bitter grass & mango, bready maltiness. Dry, grassy hoppy finish, quite yeasty, a bit spicy, still some yellow fruit in the back. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Clean, refreshing.

Pretty clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, fruity, some banana peel, herbal, bit floral. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit sourish, lemony touch, malty, grains, bit watery, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: malty, nice bitterness, some grains, soft acidity.

From bottle at home. Clear yellow golden color with white soapy fizzy head. Aroma has some dishwasher water - soap notes in the beginning, then some hoppy and malty aromas come out, it becomes fruity and light grassy. Sweet and bitter taste. Light to medium oily body with average carbonation.
