Nestled in the bay just off the coast, Boston's Harbor Islands are rich with history and intrigue. Each is known for its unique appeal and backstory, with a string of larger narratives tying them together en masse. The Harbor Islands IPA series grew out of the exploration that took place in our Permutation Series, where we developed a new series of IPAs that showcases extraordinary hops, building on our team's experience brewing hoppy beer at Trillium.

Peddocks Island is the first installment in the Harbor Islands series - brewed with the signature Citra hop. The beer pours orange with enticing haze, and starts tropical with pineapple, mango and a touch of citrus on the nose. Fresh oranges take the lead on the flavor, with pineapple and grapefruit pith following, and a touch of candied peach sweetness following. Overall, a Citra saturated beer that showcases the vast array of incredible aromas and flavors that hops bring out.

Draft at Paragon, 7/3/25. Hazy yellow, bright white head, light lace. Pineapple, grapefruit, mango, and orange. Nicely balanced with an earlier, light sweetness and a later moderate bitterness. Highly drinkable. Finished a little tingly and liners on the mouth. Quality, enjoyable.

An at home. Lighter orange pour and minimal head. Body is flattish looking. Nose is bouquet of fruits. Tastes of peach, pineapple, nectarine, some grass and oats. Creamy palate. Little tingles on throat.

Creamy and smooth at the front, with a nice lingering bitterness on the πŸ”™πŸ”š. Notes of orange peel as well. Very lovely day, sitting by the pool. Unfortunately, have work today, but needed a beer after getting black out at Uch's wedding. Thanks TieDyeRy!

Can at Brian's
Murky orange-blond colour. Juicy aroma, mango, touch of tropical fruits, light dank. Chalky mouthfeel, soft sweetness, good juicy hops, but also dirty finish and some vegetable bitterness.

16 oz. can, pours an opaque filthy peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is massively yeasty, with dank hops and nasty, chalky, chunky yeast. Flavour is so chunky and yeasty, with dank hops, lots of dirty yeast, and chalk. This is not a very pleasant hazy. Subpar for Trillium.

Can. Just really murky-looking and a lighter amber colour. The aroma is bright, pine and fresh orange. Light body, not much malt. A bit of orange, with a touch of yeast in the finish. A bit murky all told.
