Lemon, yeast, biscuit malt, and grass aroma. Slightly hazy pale yellow with large white head. Lightly sweet lemon, yeast, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter grass flavor. Okay body.

Tap at Peders. Cloudy amber, white foam. Dusty, perfumed, a bit funk and cheese, medium body, chewy, foamy. Fermented apricots and allspice in the finish. Maybe not super fresh anymore? Fun though.

16 fl.oz. can. A almost clear yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of mid sweet pale malt, some belgian yeast, some lactose. Taste of belgian yeast, pale malt, dry hops, flowers, grains.

4 month old pint can A: Cloudy pale yellow with a short creamy head that fell fast, leaving long strings of lace. S: Light citrus and tropical fruit but heavy on musty yeast and dough. T: Subtly bitter and fruity but with oatmeal or cardboard malt and yeast notes that provide some sweetness and dryness at once. M: Light body and soft blanketing carbonation with a dry finish and drying wheaty or mealy texture. O: Pretty good overall thanks to a precarious balance of funky yeast that does not overpower the delicate hops.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a hazy straw with a full finger of foam that lingers. Dried banana, coriander, peppercorn and pith permeate the nose. Dry on the palate with more peppercorn, yeast and coriander seed flavors. More dried banana that lingers between coriander and pink peppercorn on the finish. Nice crisp and clean Belgian blond. --- Beer merged from original tick of Southside Blonde on 17 Mar 2019 at 11:51 - Score: 7. Original review text: Dried banana, coriander and pink peppercorn aromas. More of the same on the palate. Dry finish, well-attenuated. Lingering coriander/pepper

Easy drinking and smooth. Light florals like the petals dried. Golden pourbwith decent head and lacing. Smooth and clean finish. Tap at Sovereign.
