Le résultat est une bière complexe, fruitée et agréablement acide. Elle procure des sensations très intenses et rafraîchissantes.

0.33l bottle. Brownish with amber notes, off-white head. Hm, maltier than expected, saliva, dusty-phenolic touches, some fruit, sourness... Underwhelming, not my type.

Tap. Brown with amber, a little misty,. Aroma: sour and sweet, caramel, a little wild and cranberry. Sweetish taste with a decent sourness, saison notes, a little tart, a little cranberry, well, original.

A red copper ale with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light ground cherry, light oxydation, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light cherries, lactic acid, ocyf9, OK. Bottle at mondiale 2025.

330ml bottle from Dranken Geers. Pours misty deep reddish brown, small foamy off-white topping. Aroma is fairly subdued, some light malt, soft fruit. Taste is fairly light, some pleasant red berries and cherry dancing above some nutty brown bread malt. Softly sour with fleeting sherry-like fruity moments. It's fine, lacking a little clarity, but not unlikeable.

Draft @ Délirium Hoppy Loft, Brussels. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity sour tart woody aroma. Fruity malty spicy sour woody caramel flavor. Has a fruity sour tart woody caramel finish.
