Driven by Galaxy and touched with a variety of our other favorite hops. Big citrus peel aroma greets your nose followed by flavors of tropical fruit, grapefruit zest, with hints of mango and peaches. Light hop bitterness is balanced by sweet malt with a smooth, soft, and full mouthfeel.

16oz can pours a pulpy pineapple gold with some sticky, white head. Nose is very nice, mango, guava, pineapple, grass, some malt, chewing gum, some spearmint. Flavor is nice, some tropical fruit tums, pineapple, some malt, chewed gum, melon, grass, some pine, some guava, a little key lime. Finishes chalky, bitter. Nice.

Draught at Canary Square, 2/25/17.
Heavily hazy, near-soup with a brassy-golden, lime-tinted body and medium-sized white head showing moderate retention.
Juicy and full of complex tropical and citrus fruits with an overarching ruby red grapefruit that mixes with the base malt to provide a strongly juicy character. Clean and quite estery with maybe a hint of alcohol.
Juicy, soft, very wheat-heavy and with a good deal of citrus bitterness that is joined by sourdough and light pine resin on the end. Engaging carbonation and good attenuation with an endearing juiciness, but it’s very messy with lots of doughy notes, some perfumey esters and a good deal of bitterness.
