Traditional German wheat ale that is kettle soured for a tart flavor profile and thirst quenching finish. The addition of raspberries create a subtly sweet flavor in one very refreshing beer.

Can thanks to Adam. Pours a hazy pink with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is berry, wheat, dough. Thin body, berry, cherry, dough, light tartness, very good.

Draught at the brewery, 12/10/17.
Bright pink-raspberry body shows light-to-moderate haze. Pink-tinged, off-white head atop is small, remaining at spotty cover.
Bright fruit in the nose yet again is free of a surplus of acidity. It's nicely integrated with the wheat and malt and there's neither heavy lactic character nor any flaw or alcohol.
Juicy and surprisingly sweet (though not too much so) in the mouth, with a soft, wheat-heavy texture, gentle lactic tartness and plentiful bright berry character on the finish. Dries out considerably, as well, with lingering nutty wheat and moderate lemon-yogurt. Carbonation is moderate, fairly engaging. No alcohol or flaw noted.

Sample at The Thirsty Moose Manchester. Slightly hazy deep pink red color with a pink tinged head that dissipates almost instantly. Tart puckering with plenty of berry flavor to it. Crisp and refreshing in a sour patch kind of way.

Sampled in a 4 oz. glass at the brewery. Golden color with a hazy red tint with a light pink creamy head, aroma has raspberry and light lemon, mild Lactic acid. The flavor shows me raspberry yogurt, cream of wheat body with tart berries in the finish. Acid is very low.
Personal note: Beer rating number 1000 from the state of New Hampshire. New Hampshire is my 2nd state to 1000 reviews. I am glad it happens to be from one of my favorite breweries in this fine state.

Pours blush pink into a shaker. Soapy head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Raspberry and aspirin aromas. Soft with sweet raspberry upfront with a sharp, dry lactic finish.
