Thanksgiving-inspired, NorthFEAST-style IPA brewed with a cornucopia of malt, hops and yeast. More specifically 9 different grains, 11 different hops, and fermented with 3 yeast strains. Everything you'd want in a progressive, yeast driven IPA; bright aromatics, creamy body, light bitterness...big on hop flavor. Be thankful for beer!

Can at Smoke Eaters. This is fantastic! Pours turbid orange-gold with small white head. Overt citrus aroma. Flavor is massive orange with viscous, velvety texture. Wonderful.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated November 10, 2021. Aroma is hop forward and fruity with lots of passion fruit, mango, guava and citrus with hints of stone fruit and pineapple. Light grain notes and lighter alcohol notes. Pours a very hazy, pale, dull, golden-orange color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Moderate lacing and medium.small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. High bitterness and light alcohol notes. Lots of passion fruit, mango and guava notes with lighter tropical citrus and orange. Hints of stone fruit and pineapple. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid DIPA. Lots of fruity hope notes with hints of dank character. Balanced bitterness and light, but present malt notes. Alcohol is a bit more prominent than I would have preferred.

Can. Very hazy gold beer, big bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Crisp pine and reasonably bright orangey led citrus. Light tangerine and mandarin. Touch of mango led tropical fruits. Smooth pine. Light finish. Nothing unusual but - Christ on bike, so well joined up and super bloody drinkable.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of resinous hops, caramel malt, and a bit of sugar. Flavour is full of candied sugar, resinous hops, and caramel. Well-balanced, with a sweet finish. Very good.

Can. Pours very lightly hazy golden, medium creamy off-white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is light overall, notes of floral and grass. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body. Kind of an odd unpleasant aftertaste.
