Draught OH Rockefeller, 1/15/22. Mega hazy, orange juice. Small white head to ring. Spicy, peppery, dank/cannabis-like nose is explosive and highly aromatic. Malts show cracker and honey with little/no bubblegum and no twang or alcohol. In the mouth it's juicy, spicy, with hints of pine and watermelon. Beautifully dank cannabis notes and a soft, malty texture with honey-like balance and good attenuation. Tangerine, lemon, potpourri on the finish. Good and dry. Excellent, fresh hoppy notes.

Can. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is milky yeasts, dank, a bit piney, not too expressive, but this can is not the freshest. Taste is milky, smoothie, dank, some exotic fruits. Soft mouthfeel, low carbonation. 7-4-7-3-14. Tap at Other Half Rockefeller Center. Yeah, that can I got in Europe was not the freshest. This is it. Fruit goodness, smooth, great balance, a dash of hopburn. Awesome stuff!

New England IPA with Citra, Galaxy and Motueka, from this hyped NEIPA specialist in New York. Creamy and very moussy, egg-white, membrane-lacing, firm head on a milky apricot blonde beer with peachy tinge. Utterly fragrant nose of ripe melon, lychee wine, red onions sweating in olive oil, diesel dankness, lemon cake dough, mandarin, pomelo, dried rosemary. Sweetish onset but not overdone, lots of refreshing citrusiness, impressions of mango and lychee but equally strong of mandarin and kumquat, medium carb, soft and full, fluffy body, bit powdery; doughy malts with bread-crumb-like edges under a very expressive, colourful, radiant hoppiness, partially dank, partially citric and partially sweet-tropical, zesty mandarin, lychee, melon, some guava – a whole complex of the three hops giving the best of themselves, while also offering some late, balancing, mildly peppery bitterishness. Perfectly balanced, complex and sophisticated NEIPA, not too sweet and nicely zesty and spicy. This kind of beers make me understand why Other Half NEIPAs are so coveted.
