Al palato c’è un imbocco leggero di pane e crackers seguito da una alternanza di frutta tropicale e scorza di agrumi. L’amaro è pulito ed equilibrato con media persistenza. La Abra Cadabra è secca e moderatamente carbonata per invogliare la bevuta.

From tap at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Light unclear golden color with white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, grass, citrusy fruity, grainy. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Keg at Extra Hop, Palermo, 04/10/17. Lightly hazed pale yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose is juicy tropical fruit flesh, nectarine, citric tinged straw, papaya. Taste comprises light pine resin, pineapple chunks, tangerine, mango, grpafruit, toasted brioche. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy hop bitterness. Solid flavoursome Session gear.

Tap at So Good (Rome-Italy). It pours juicy and pale yellow color, medium white foam. Nose: passion fruit, tropical, pineapple a hint of garlic (+). Mouth: good session sipper, a bit chilly in the finish with a sharp bitterness. Fine Session IPA.

On tap @Queen Makeda (Rome). Dorata scarica, limpida, schiuma bianca media, non molto persistente. Al naso sentori di frutta tropicale, mango, papaya, melone, leggero agrumato. In bocca è abbastanza equilibrata, ma un po’ monotona. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Non male, ma andrebbe rifinita.
