Kirkas, vähäisellä vaahdolla varustettu olut, joka kuitenkin jättää pitsiä. Runsashiilihappoinen suutuntuma, maultaan varsin hedelmäinen paketti. Oikein toimiva ja mukavan raikaskin.

On tap at a bar at Arlanda Airport. Aroma is a text book example of diacetyl; I don?t have a low threshold for it but this has a lot of butterscotch. Some medium light cracker malt notes with a light floral and woody hop aroma. Pours a clear, pale yellow gold with a medium sized, moderately thick, white head that recedes then lingers. Medium light lacing. Flavor is similarly full of diacetyl though lighter than in the aroma. Medium cracker malt notes with some light caramel. Medium bitterness. Light hop notes with a floral and woody character. Some medium light stale, wet cardboard notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, this is a very poorly made beer. Lots of oxidation and diacetyl. Very disappointing. I don?t expect an amazing beer from Brooklyn, but I definitely expect a clean, well made one.

Pale golden, medium head. Honey and grass aroma. Hardly any taste at all. Yes, no surprise that an O’Leary cooperation would be like this.

Draught @ O’Learys Forum, Helsinki. Pours hazy orange with a small head. Aroma of mild grassy notes, earthy malts and stuffy cardboardy notes. Taste is stuffy, earthy and mildly cardboardy with some off notes, hints of grass. Finish is mildly bitter and stuffy with some earthy notes. Feels a bit off.

On tap at the O’Leary’s restaurant at Stockholm Airport Arlanda. Deep golden to amber colour, moderate white head. Moderate but nice aroma of American hops. Smooth flavour, like a strong English bitter with American hops. Well balanced. I liked it.
