330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, slightly husky and strawy, pale malty aroma, fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of mandarine and lemon, some protein. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malty, mildly bitter and minimally fruity, hoppy, hints of mandarine, some protein. Watery texture, smooth, minimally chewy palate, medium, soft carbonation. Nicely hopped, some subtleties - decent.

27-03-18 // taster at the brewpub in Frankfurt. Unfiltered yellow. Grainy, smooth, solid Helles with slightly grassy notes.

100ml at the brewery, pours a clear gold with some lacing, white head. Mild nose, honey, flowers, light grist. Flavor is better, sweet honey and malts, orange marmalade, grist, lemon butter. Finishes bitter, dry. Very drinkable.

[9/21/16] Draught sample at BrauStil in Frankfurt. Hazy yellow with a white head. Nice aroma of graininess, lager yeast, a bit of citrus, a bit of noble hops. Flavor is a bit sweetish, grainy, with lager yeast, and nice bitterish hops, grassy, slightly citric. Quite light-bodied. Nice and refreshing.

Tap at the Brauhaus in Frankfurt. Pours pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, hop, zest and yeast. Light to moderate sweetness, light bitterness, touch of sour. Quite light body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Finish is sweeter and slightly syrupy. Wasn’t too impressed on first taste but was a grower.
